⚡ Fiat Tipo Usb Not Working

I couldnt find a Uconnect specific section, but this is driving me mad so I wanted to shout about it. my new fiat tipo comes with uconnect live 5" touch radio. from new (first day I had it) I downloaded the uconnect live app on my phone and installed it, when asked to sign up to uconnect services it gave me the option to sign Step 1.
